When Ben Westbrook founded Westbrook Law in 2013, he made sure he created a Firm that operates on three basic principals - 1) Educate clients on the confusing legal process; 2) Provide clients with access to their attorney and updates on the status of their case; and 3) Fight like hell to get the clients the justice they deserve.
Since starting Westbrook Law in 2013, Ben Westbrook has represented clients in a variety of personal injury issues, including car wrecks, premise liability, and slip and falls. Additionally, Ben Westbrook represents clients in real estate disputes, probate matters, consumer transactions, and collections.
Ben Westbrook is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, the Tarrant and Dallas County Bar Associations, and the Texas Bar College. Ben is also a 2016 graduate of the Dallas County Bar Trial Academy and serves as a board member for Tarrant County Trail Lawyers Association.
Ben Westbrook graduated with a juris doctor degree and ranked third in his class from Texas A&M’s School of Law. While at A&M, he worked on law review, taught incoming 1Ls as an Academic Teaching Assistant, and was elected by his peers to be a student rep for the Night Student Association. Additionally, while in school Ben Westbrook authored a legal article that was published in the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law. During his summers while in law school, Ben worked internships at the Texas Second Court of Appeals, with Judge Cureton of the Northern District of Texas, and with ExxonMobil Energy.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Ben can be found coaching one of his sons' sports teams or watching college sports.
